Job position: Senior Software Engineer for Web at BAMTECH Media (Amsterdam)

BAMTECH software engineers develop premium digital media products for Major League Baseball and our partners. As a Senior Software Engineer for Web, you will help us push the boundaries of what is possible on the server and client. You'll work on a team of other developers alongside systems, services engineers and project managers. You are highly proficient in JavaScript and appreciate the details that make the development lifecycle exceptional and demonstrate enthusiasm for new technologies, languages, frameworks, and platforms.

Responsibilities
Work on a modern stack consisting of NodeJS, Amazon Web Services and various toolkits.
Rapidly prototype and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications using
- NodeJS and client Javascript (ES6).
- Enforce code quality through test driven development.
- Work with various AWS Services to support current implementations and architect solutions for new product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering, product, and marketing teams to define product requirements.
Basic Qualifications
3-5 years experience building compelling web applications.
- Strong experience in a NodeJS application development environment
- Experience with HTML5 video a plus.
