Marvia is like ‘WordPress for print’. We are building an ecosystem of usable tools for marketers as well as developers. Usability and scalability have always been our focus points in developing the platform. The infrastructure consists of virtually all the services in the AWS cloud.
We are looking for talented engineers who are looking to join our small family. We seek individuals who enjoy designing features, making good product decisions and programming at all levels of the stack. Marvia is based at the heart of the startup community of Amsterdam and situated on the Silicon canals.
Responsibilities
- Work with the design and other engineers to build the product features
- Translate the user experience envisioned in the design into the application UI
- Implement beautiful user interfaces
Requirements
- Expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSS
- Experience with PHP scripting language
- Strong cross-browser development experience
- Expert ability to get things done on a small team
- Experience building front-end for consumer applications
Ideally
- Working experience with jQuery
- Experience with Cloud Services would be a plus
