Studio Dumbar has an office in Shanghai and recently started a foothold in Seoul. The team in Rotterdam consists of 23 people of 7 different nationalities.
For the Rotterdam team, we are looking for an experienced front-end developer with a feeling for design and experimentation. You appreciate to work in a small team where you play a key role; in an environment that is multidisciplinary and offers space for growth.
Profile
As a front-end developer you should have knowledge of and/or strong interest in:
- Latest possibilities and developments
- Mobile first and responsive design
- Keeping code clean
- Web performance and optimization
- Accessibility and web standards
- Custom fonts and web fonts services
- HTML5 and CSS3
- jQuery / Zepto framework
- Feature (Modernizr) and device (class) detection
- Templating and CMS (ExpressionEngine, Kirby CMS)
- SASS (stylesheet) development
- eBooks (ePub) development
