What you do
You are a creative and senior UX Designer who creates compelling digital experiences through user analysis, usability testing, content audits, observation, information architecture and prototyping. With your experience in a leading UX role you know how to turn strategy into story by translating complex data and interactions into simple and intuitive digital experiences. Storyboards, site maps, wireframes and personas are part of your toolkit. You will be part of the product team and work closely with the development team to ensure vision is translated into solutions in the smoothest possible way. As we are are a firm believer of Agile principles we allow and ask you to adapt to situations - opportunities and deadlines - as they are occur. All with one purpose: to put a smile on the face of our customers.
What you bring
- several years of experience at a top level digital agency or succesful web orientated company and in a leading UX role - proven by portfolio
- expertise in analysis and tools that allow you to think out and present your vision to stakeholders and development team
- in-depth experience in defining user journeys
- work with users and subject matter experts to define and understand audience behaviour
- driven and passionate to create the best and innovative online digital experiences
- critical mind, investigative, inspiring, convincing and with a can-do mentality
- experience working in an Agile product delivery environment
- understanding of UI aspects such as mock ups, graphic layouts
Additionally, understanding of and visual design skills such as Photoshop, style guides, CSS, HTML are helpful.
This role requires advanced presentation skills, as you will have to present your work to team members and answer questions, criticisms and handle challenges knowledgeably. You ensure accurate time estimations for work and have a capability to adapt deliverables/activities to suit the project type and timeline. Effectively communicate with business & technical stakeholders. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Design or similar is considered an advantage.
