Job position: Lead Front-end Developer at Blue Mango Interactive (Eindhoven)

As a Lead Front-end Developer you will be part of our new start-up ‘Blue Mango Tech’ and together with the team you are going to make our technology a success. You will be responsible for the Front- end part of our applications by making decisions regarding the Front-end architecture. Together with the Back-end Lead you will find the perfect division of work between Back-end and Front-end.
Within the Tech department we develop tools and collaborate with open ad tech tools to deliver the optimal toolset, to get insights and actionable strategies for our colleagues and customers. We strongly believe in open source, new and upcoming techniques, although we don't jump from one hype to another. Examples of tools that we build or extend are: a dynamic content tool, a tracker, a data warehouse for actionable marketing insights, and a tag manager. We’re proud to announce we decided to make some of these tools globally available as SAAS.

What you need to have to join us
- Bachelor in a relevant study
- 4+ years of Front-end development experience
- Proven experience in developing web applications not just web sites
- Vision on web application architecture (beyond "just separate the M & V from the C")
- Detail and quality-focused: you should be building UI and code you are proud of
- Highly skilled at HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript and design patterns
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (JQuery is not a framework☺)
- Ability to translate business goals into flexible User Experience
- Appreciation of unit and end-to-end testing
- Very strong customer focus, every release should exceed the customers expectation
- An interest in e-commerce is preferable
